I am considering building ten to fifteen 1,700 sq ft 2-story townhomes
located on a corner lot in Sherman Oaks, CA. The lot size 153' x 135'.
I need the average sq ft construction costs for a project this size
assuming 3 bedroom/2.5 bath units.  In addition, a cost for
subterranian parking for the complex would be appreciated.  Of course,
any other costs and fees you care to detail would also be appreciated.
