I manage a team of developers in India.  I am going to visit and want
to do some training exercises on oral & writing presentation skills,
cross-cultural communications, etc.  Can anyone recommend any good
books or know any existing training materials online?  Was also
thinking of giving the US & India teams the same personality test to
see how they differ.  Anyone know any good personality tests for US &
Indian workers?
