If I take my American (or other Flag of Convenience Registered 150'
Fishing Boat or a similar sized Ocean Going Tug, Supply Boat or Cargo
Boat into a Venezuelan Port at what price per gallon can I buy 50,000
gallons of diesel oil to fill up the boat's tanks. What would be the
best Venezuelan Port to buy the diesel fuel? Price of diesel fuel to
include all taxes, fees and/or costs that are imposed.
