What is the best gift to get my Russian friend for his 24th birtday?
He drvies a 1998 M3 BMW. He moved from Belarussia, Russia 13 years ago

Just for your information, if he is from Belarussia, he is a
Belarussian from "White Russia"  - not a Russian, unless he happens to
be a Russian who settled there.

Give him a good bottle of Bourbon; it is time that he learns about the
finer things in America.

Fresh Caviar and Vodka.

What else?

If he really likes his car you could buy him a scale model of it.
Or other merchandising related to the car e.g. T-Shirt, Hat,
Stubbie/Can Holder, framed Poster etc.
A bottle of his favourite drink.

My ex is Russian and he would have wanted an I-Pod. Russians love
technology and seem to want the latest in phones, cars,
music...everything technologically driven.

give him something which will come in help for a future.If he really
loves his car then gift him a multi-purpose tool kit which may come
handy to him anytime anywhere.With this you may also add up a bottle
of icewine or any drink which he likes.A good gift to any of my friend
from my side.
