A couple years ago I saw a year-by-year chart showing Internet
commerce revenues. In 2003 they totaled $1,640 billion, according to
Internet Commerce Market Model v6.1, 2000. About half of the total
revenues were from sales to US customers. I would like to get
authoritative information that is up-to-date on ecommerce revenues (US
and non-US) for five or ten years through 2005. Anybody have access
to that data?

Please be sure to give me data that separates out US and non-US
revenues from ecommerce. I am also interested in knowing what
revenues are derived from (a) non-US ecommerce sales to US customers
and (b) US ecommerce sales to non-US customers. Also, I will be
paying a $10 bonus for what I judge to be complete and well-documented
answers. Thanks.
