Yes, although one should question how high is high...

For instance birds like chickens and turkeys are fed female hormones
to aid in their growth and food to fat conversion rates. It is a well
known (documented) fact that these hormones tend to accumulate in the
necks of these chicken and they (necks) generally speaking don?t get
sold to the population at large because of the possible unintended
consequences i/e decreased fertility and/or infertility in males.
