Hi morad187:

You're not being a pain at all. :-)

I will do some more searching for this type of information tomorrow.
(I have to teach a class tonight.) If there's anything out there like
that, I'll find it for you.

Hi morad187:

The grocery stores operating under the Loblaw umbrella (as mentioned
in my earlier response) sell thousands and thousands of individual
products.

While I certainly am no marketing guru, I would say that for the
purposes of your research, you should identify "major/primary products
and services" as the specialty lines of products that these stores
carry (sometimes referred to as "private lines"). That would be the
following lines:

* President's Choice
* No-Name
* G.R.E.E.N.
* Sunspun
* Teddy's Choice

These lines are definitely tailored to the demand in Canada, allowing
their store to effectively play both ends of the shopping spectrum -
quality conscious and price conscious - and everyone in-between.

Instead of trying to elaborate on this myself, I think it would be
much more productive to point you at some on-line documents that will
explain things better.
