When setting SQL Server 2005 explicit permissions using SQL Management
Studio, what is the difference between the "Grant" and "With Grant"
checkboxes?

The GRANT permission allows the user to use the permissions.  The
GRANT WITH GRANT allows the user to use the permission and grant the
permission to other users.
