I am a Multi-family Developer and I am in the process of purchasing a
number of apartments (Rentals) to convert to condominiums
(Condo-Conversions) in and around Arizona. I need a list of the top
"lenders" not brokers that have done this type of lending in that area
in the past 12-18 months (Lenders, Banks, that have closed loans).
Also please list the lenders with the best terms first.
