I would like to know the market size for the US prepaid market.
Prepaid being defined to include any plan requiring prepayment, real
time rating and real time call tear down when balance hits $0.

Specifically, I'm looking for....

Total Gross and Net additions and the % that are expected to be prepaid.

A projection - i.e. By 2010 the penetration of prepaid is expected to
reach between X% and Y%.  (Source X and Source for Y)
