I'm not sure how to categorize this question, but here it goes:

I need to find a healthcare provider that offers FULL dental plans for
individuals, not just a discount card like so many providers are doing
these days.  I've asked State Farm and searched a few other and they
just offere a discount card.  I need a full coverage plan.

Have you checked with Blue Cross in your state?

Google "Comprehensive Dental Coverage" 

Those are sure expensive!
