I will wait for your approval before posting this as an answer so
please consider this source and let me know what you think:

NeighborhoodScout provides top Prescreened Realtors, real estate
brokers and their agents in Labelle, Florida based on the following
criteria:

Licensing - NeighborhoodScout confirms real estate licensing
information provided by member service professionals at the time of
registration. Such licensing should meet the then current state or
federal licensing requirements for the tasks that the member indicates
it will perform in that state as indicated in their NeighborhoodScout
profile.

Experience - Only experienced brokers/agents can become part of the
NeighborhoodScout network and serve NeighborhoodScout clients. Agents
must have five or more years of full-time real estate experience to
assist sellers, and two or more years of full-time real estate
experience to assist buyers.

Professional memberships - Brokers in the NeighborhoodScout network
preferentially have active membership in select professional
organizations, such as the Employee Relocation Council®, Relo®,
Cendant Mobility®, Prudential Relocation®, or have received USAA®
Affinity training.

Service Performance - Each service professional is monitored by
NeighborhoodScout's relocation counselors to ensure that they provide
an established, high level of service for each client. Any provider
not meeting our standards are dropped from our program.

Hi Tutuzda,
Thank you for the answer. It was not exactly what I was looking for I
am sorry to say. I was not looking to use a service that matches me
to 2 agents. I do appreciate the answer but I would prefer to know
what real estate companies (and/or brokers) move the most in labelle.
The service looks interesting but I would prefer to know who really
sells and speak with them.
Thank you for trying!

Hi Nyma,
Tutuzdad's posting was only a request for a clarification, so your
question has not been "answered".
As you no doubt know, Labelle only has about 4500 inhabitants. Here
is an extensive profile of the town:
http://www.city-data.com/city/Labelle-Florida.html

Here is another website's page for realtors in Hendry County:
http://www.floridasmart.com/local/counties/hendry/re_agents.htm

Obviously the choice of local realtors is slim, but that suggests that
the major ones know the market very well, and that the "top three" you
ask for are easily identified, since one seems to concentrate on a
condo development and Country Acre Homesites only links to a general
realestate website.

Century 21, however, also has many listings in and around Labelle:
http://www.century21.com/buy/buy_results.aspx?State=FL&City=Labelle&bystate=Y

Here are the Century 21 realtors in Fort Myers, which seems to be
responsible for Hendry County and Labelle:
http://www.century21.com/meet/office_state_map.aspx?st=FL&name=Labelle

Of course, there must be other realtors there, but it is fair to
expect that those with internet exposure will be the most important
ones, and there don't seem to be so many that you need a finer sort
before you do some calling.

Hope this is of some help. Good luck, Myoarin
