I'm getting ready to visit with investors for an web application that
myself and a small team of people have built. There is one leader
person who has been the motivator and definitely started the idea for
the application and kept it rolling although he did very little
programming (he did do the entire business website, just not the app
coding) and I feel that he should get a larger percentage of the
ownership, but I'm not sure how much I should recieve. What other
.com startups and their partners have gotten what percentage ownership
levels?

P. S. - Clarification comment:

RE: my quote -
"Either way you pay, it's just a matter of how much you are willing
to give up and what you get in return (from the equity investor or
debt lender). It's all up to you and your management team as to how
much you are
willing to give up."

One thing is very CERTAIN however, and that is: make absolutely
certain that you and your team have AGREED and determined what that
percentage figure of ownership will be and how much you are willing to
"give up", in order to have a "deal", BEFORE THE MEETING with the
investor and/or lender EVER TAKES PLACE.
Thus, when you come out of your meeting you won't say, "Why didn't we
have a better answer and response for the investor/lender while we
were in that meeting? We gave up too much to make the deal!"
