I went with a finanaced my car with Capital One Auto when i purchased
my car. I paid it off for two years until i decied to refinance it
again. I went through lendingtree and found a lower rate from the same
company. I filled out the paper work, sent in their blank check,
checked on it and it went through fine. Until i received a email from
them saying "they cannot refi their own loans" so they will be
rejecting my blank check loan. I'm currently in the process of
rejection, although their automated system still show me as paid off.
Today i received my title to my car. my pink slip. What should i do?

If the bank has mistakenly sent you a clear title, then hold on to it
until all of this paperwork is straightened out. However, you
probably signed a document saying the bank can keep your title until
the loan is paid off, so they will likely ask for it back soon.
