Recently moved into a new condo. Had Comcast install my cable and internet. I told the cable guy that the TV pictures seem kinda fuzzy. He recommended that I purchase a signal booster. I have used these before so I was very familiar. Purchased one from Radio Shack for around $50 that plugs into electric outlet and also has a gain control knob. Installed it and it improved fuzziness immediately. However, now on some stations top of TV picture very bright. Seems to be worst on Bravo. Top of picture bright while bottom seems fine. It affects all TV's in the house. I have adjusted the gain switch. Makes no difference. When I disconnect the signal booster, problem goes away but picture gets fuzzy again. Any idea's? Maybe Radio Shack Signal booster is defective? |
