I need calculation of some previous (15th April 2006) sunrise time in
some location on Earth, but with one second precision for this
caltulated time. I know coordinates of such place with half second
accuracy, let's say W 81 deg.16'25,5" / N 23 deg 9'2". I'm not asking
for direct equation, but rather the on-line service URL, which can
give me such accurate calculation. I found few services, but sometimes
the position is entered with only degrees and minutes or the
calculated time is only hours and minutes. I need something better and
more accurate. Thank you very much for help!

However, a note of caution.  For this degree of precision the differential
effects of atmospheric refraction can make a difference with a dependence
upon the temperature/pressure (and thus refractive index) profile along the
line-of-site to the Sun.
