I am a Massachusetts resident and I got a speeding ticket (83 mph in a 55 mph zone on an interstate) in New York. I want to know: (1) What sort of violation is this under NY law? Is it simply a speeding violation or is it reckless driving or something else? (2) How much will the ticket cost? (3) Is there any other possible/likely penalty in addition to a fine? |
