Hello - is the user that you are logged in as when opening these
programs the administrator for the machine? To eliminate this problem,
a change needs to occur in the registry (which you may not have access
to with your current account).

Please try logging in with an admin account - you should only have it
displaying once and not repeat once it has been accepted.

If this works let me know and I can post it as an official answer.

Thanks,

Hello again,

I don't suggest you make any registry changes yourself - that's very risky.

What you need to do is this:

1. Log into Windows with an account that has administrative access
2. Open an Office program and accept the EULA
3. The next time you open it, the prompt to accept the terms should not come up

Currently, the reason it is coming up (I believe) is because the
Windows account you are using is not an administrator account.

Let me know how this works out.

Thanks,
