I watched these online videos two years ago.  The first one had a guy
walking around what looked like New York lip syncing David Crowder
Band's "O Praise Him."  The second video starred the same young man in
a towel lip syncing to some rock song.  The video was really weird,
and involved ducks and weird make-up, but the guy was cute and it had
great editing.  It ended with the camera zooming out showing the guy's
friends watching the said video of him on the television, and him
standing there awkwardly.  He had a name tag on, and I could be very
wrong, but I think it said "Andrew."
I have exhausted Google's site in search of these videos...all but
Google Answers.  Please find the site that these videos are home to!!!

I've noticed and looked at a few links to Youtube that feature weird
and wonderful things (including David Hasselhoff - Jump In My Car).

You may have seen them there or a similar site.

Yea, I've seen some pretty weird stuff on there, but I saw these
videos pre-Youtube era.  The guy had his own site, I think the domain
was his name.com or something.

Trust me, if I knew anymore I'd let you know.  I do remember part of
it with him "singing" the bridge, "oh oh oh oh oh" and he would pop up
at different camera angles each time.  And there were ducks/geese that
he chased.  And at he end he wore this weird make-up on his face, and
maybe his body, too.  And he was in a towel the whole time.
The song sounded kind of like Queen.  Glam-rockish.
