Yes, this is the sort of thing we are looking for, but it must be
DISPOSABLE, meaning made out of resin, plastic, acrylic etc, and
designed for single patient use.

I've made enquiries and am awaiting results.  Just out of personal
curiosity, why can't you use reusable parts?  You're going to be far
from an autoclave / cold sterilization equipment?

It all has to do with price; we are now importing a standard, metal
contra angle from Japan, at a cost of $ USD 7.90 ea; we  are looking
to pay much less for the disposable model.
