I need a list of all makes and models of vehicles.

Preferably vehicles sold within the last 10 years, and preferably
north american vehicles.

The list should contain all of the manufacturers names along with the
vehicle models.  Preferably this would be in a spreadsheet with one
piece of data in each column, but plain text may be acceptable if each
model is on its own line.

for example:

PONTIAC GRAND AM
PONTIAC GRAND PRIX 
NISSAN SKYLINE
NISSAN SENTRA
MERCEDES BENZ C-Class
or
MERCEDES BENZ E320
etc.
etc.
etc.
