I believe that they are some style of Mosely Tribes, can anyone
confirm the exact models and colors?

Tom has an endorsement deal with Silohuette.

The pair he is wearing in that picture is not Silhouette, I am looking
for the exact Brand and Model. Thank you.

Your best bet may be to look through a copy of the magazine in person.
In addition to a credit for the photographer, there may be credits for
accessories such as sunglasses. This sort of thing is often in small
print, and credits related to a cover photo are generally in the first
few pages of a magazine.
