Who made or designed the clothes that Dilana wore when she sang her
encore on Rockstar Supernova?  I am especially interested in the
jacket with ragged sleeves and the hoodie/bolero.

I'm not sure if this will help you, but I was checking out the Rock
Star Supernova official web site yesterday, and they have videos on
there that you can watch. One of the current ones was about costume
choices, and had interviews with the performers about where they get
their outfits. Dilana was featured, and was talking about what shop
she bought her gothic goddess dress from. The site is:

In addition, I have just noticed that down the bottom of that official
site is a link that says "Fashion". If you click through you find a
page with a gallery of photos of "Rock Star Fashion" and then below
that, it has a link that says "Where You Can Get Rock Star Style".
There are five links, I'm not sure if any link to Dilana's outfits...
