"University of Arizona...

 2005-2006 Expenses
 Tuition and fees: $4,494 in-state, $13,678 out-of-state"

http://www.usnews.com/usnews/edu/college/directory/brief/drglance_1083_brief.php

"Arizona Resident Undergraduate:
 Tuition $4498"

This may not be what you'd hoped to hear, but the information comes
from reliable sources. Please let me know if this would be a fully
satisfactory answer.
