Where can one find some information on the value added to tobacco in
tobacco importing countries, which means primarily (but not only) the
US and Europe ?

and trade) that is of interest.

Are you asking about "value added tax", other specific tobacco taxes,
import duties??

OR are you after the markup?  eg they buy for .01c and sell for 25c
