I ASKED A QUESTION IN BUSINESS AND MONEY TITLED..affiliate
programs..pop-ups...etc..NO ONE SEEMS TO WANT TO ANSWER IT AND I'M
WONDERING IF THE QUESTION IS TO BROAD, UNANSWERABLE, OR WHAT?? COULD
SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME IDEA OF WHY THE QUESTION IS NOT BEING ANSWERED.

There are 2 main reasons as to why your Question "affiliate
programs...pop-ups...etc." [Question ID: 74242]is unanswered as of
yet.

1) You state in the Question that, "I am looking for a response from
someone that understands this market personally and in additon to
relevant sites can provide their expertise on the subject."

This prominent qualifier effectively excludes all ga-researchers who
are not experienced internet entrepeneurs (there's a big difference
between knowing how to use the internet, i.e. how to use it as a
research tool, or even how to program it--as with webmasters--and how
to make money with internet-based businesses)--so you are in effect
"scaring away" many researchers who feel that they are not qualified
to answer. Furthermore, the $125 price tag says, "take this question
seriously, follow its instructions carefully," so I imagine that no
one has come along yet who meets the criteria you ask for and who also
feels like answering the question.

2) It's a "market research" type question, and these are inherently
difficult to answer. [I'm attempting to put together a package of
(automated) methods for answering this most lucrative class of
Question, but I'm still working on it...]

Personally, if I were spending more than $100 on a Question in the
hopes of improving the chances for my business' success, I'd ask for
someone with relevant working experience also, rather than someone who
knows nothing about the business other than what they are uncovering
as they search the internet for your question.

However, I wouldn't expect a satisfactory answer in 1 or 2 days. Your
Question was posted only yesterday, Oct. 8, and will be posted for one
month. Yes, on the Google Answers main page, it proclaims, "85% of all
Questions are answered within 24 hours," but I'd say yours falls
firmly within that other 15% due to its complexity and the qualifier
that it be answered by someone with experience working in the field.

So hang in there! If after 3 weeks or so you still haven't received a
satisfactory Answer, you could then consider removing that qualifier,
perhaps with a small reduction in price, so as to accept standard
researcher answers, i.e. those synthesized through assimilating
pertinent website information and presenting it within the apropriate
context.

As somewhat of an aside here, and a baby-step I would take in
answering your as-yet-unanswered question, keep in mind that all the
click-through statitics, catchy domain names and crafty search-engine
positioning in the world won't change one simple fact:

To date, there are only 2 clearly profitable classes of commercial
websites:

1. Pornography 
(and a distant 2nd...)
2. Stock trading

Everything else is extremely "iffy." OK, E-bay is profitable, but even
if you look at Amazon.com, for example, only the book division is
profitable the last time I checked (a few months ago).

WOW that was such an incredible answer. Thank you very much. Not to
miss the point, but I think i'll up the ante in the hope that the
dollar amount will create a frenzy of people trying to find that
person (friend, colleague, brother, distant relative etc), who has
this experience and can talk them into collaborating together on the
answer to my question.

Excellent strategy! This is also the approach I would take (and wait
somehwat patiently for).

Two more constraints that have kept me, at least, from attempting the
answer to the original question. First, we're told not to endorse or
recommend friends, family or associates. It's considered conflict of
interest.

Second, though I have access to the type of stats you are searching
for, they're all for content websites. Targeted advertising, to boot.
I don't think that the clickthru rates will carry over to the type of
sites you contemplate, and I wouldn't want to venture incorrect data.

I'll keep looking for a way to work within these parameters and still
provide some satisfactory information.

You could break your question into 2 or more segments, and price each
segment at $200, referring back to "Part 1" of same overall query with
each new posted Question.
