I have an LG VX5200 phone from Verizon Wireless and have a data cable
for it. I need a website that I can download the driver to make my
cell phone a wireless modem on my laptop... Speed isn't an issue.

As the comment stated it wouldn't be wireless but turning the phone
into a modem, over the air

LG VX5200 dosnt support bluetooth or wifi and even IR
so there is no way to make it wireless modem
but you could surve the net on your data cable (and u have to notice
thats isnt a wireless)
