What is the syntax to include vCal info into the header section of an
email sent using ColdFusion cfmail tag, NOT by attaching a vCal file
to an email?

We expect a deliverable of working code that we can copy and paste
into our CFMX 6.0 server. The code will send and email that Outlook
will interpret as an appointment request.

We are using CFMX 6.0, Outlook 2003 on Windows 2000.
