I recieved a brochure about a horse racing system called the BANDER SYSTEM(1999) by Chet Bander.I was not interested at that time,but i am now.I no longer have his address but would like to contact him to buy his book.I went on the internet and found many Chet Banders so i cant call them all,it would cost too much money to call them all. |
