My mouse is not working in Microsoft Word.  I can't right click or
highlight anything.  It works in all other programs.

    There are maybe  some Marco-program in your Normar.dot,
Normar.dot is a template in Word application.
and Marco-program is based Visual Basic,some Marco are virus.There are
can evil your normal operator in Word application.

you'd better use anti-virus software in your computer.
or delete all Office application and reinstall,it's will OK.
