Do let me know if you need any more help. "Stand-still" is no way to

I'm using McAfee Virus protection & have the virus in WinXP w/IE6.0.
I need instructions on how to clean the virus from WinXP. I've
updated all of my DAT files & have run scans in "SAFE MODE." Please
advise. *Bill*

This was a great answer. It led me on to research what is happening
to WinXP using IE6.0 (everyone says it only happens w/IE5.0/5.5. Not
so. Thanks to the answer I was able to research more but am at a
stand-still now. Thank you.
