How many kitesurfers, and windsurfers, are there; In north America,
Europe and in the world?
How much was this in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006?

Thank you very much Bobbie7. I am not sure if this is enough to make
correct comparisons between kitesurfing and windsurfing figures but I
would very much like to see this information.

Do you also have information about global windsurfing death incidents?
I can only find 2.
