Without a DNA test of the unborn child, it would be extremely difficult to prove that you are the father, something that would have to be established before you had any chance of gaining whatever rights English law affords you. I don't question that you are the father, and the mother probably doesn't either, but i expect that she can refuse invasion of her body to allow DNA testing of the foetus. |
