I am asking this because she has decided to completley cut me out of
the pregnancy at 20 weeks.

She tells me to leave her alone and wont have anything to do with me,
she had a scare reciently and I knew nothing of it.

The answer may depend on your state's laws.

Hi beerlover-ga,

I am sure this site is viewed by people in the U.K.
I am in Australia.

Try offering a bit more money though.

Cheers

Without a DNA test of the unborn child, it would be extremely
difficult to prove that you are the father, something that would have
to be established before you had any chance of gaining whatever rights
English law affords you.

I don't question that you are the father, and the mother probably
doesn't either, but i expect that she can refuse invasion of her body
to allow DNA testing of the foetus.
