I'm looking for viewership growth and demographics on the Summer
X-Games over the last five years.

If the following figures cannot be found without the Winter X-Games
stats being integrated into them, then a combined value of Summer +
Winter X-Games is acceptable. I am not interested, however, in figures
that do not include the Summer X-Games.

I would like the answers to be declared, in any case, as being Summer
numbers exclusively, or Summer and Winter together.

*

I'd like the numbers broken down by year:

2004 viewership numbers
2003 viewership numbers
2002 viewership numbers
2001 viewership numbers
2000 viewership numbers

*

I'd like the demographics broken down into the following categories;
they need not be broken down into sequential yearly numbers as the
question above, a single five-year report would work great:

Age
Gender
Ethnicity
Income
Education
Place of Residence
