I run a consulting program and have trade marked, in Ontario, Canada,
an office system that has a wide reputation in the industry I consult
to. A previous employee is claiming to have co-created not only the
system, but the entire program I teach on their web page. This
employee worked with me teaching the system and did contribute, but it
is an eageration to say that they were a co-creator. What recourse do
I have. I need an answer within one week. Thanks.
