I have a Panasonic KXT624 analogue phone system with 3 lines and 8
extensions. I want to work from home and have calls to my extension
connect to a voip phone or softphone at my home office. How do I make
this happen?

You must check if in the manual of the KXTA624 there is call forwarding
for individual extensions, then you must make sure that the voip phone
that you have has the same area code as where you live to avoid extra
phone charges.
