To make a long story short. My wife and i are in our early 30s.We have
3 children 8,7, and 4. About 8 months ago i found out she was having
an affair with a co-worker of hers.who is also married but has no
children.WE seperated about 3 months ago and dont see each other
except to get the children which she has most of the time.I
desperetaly tried to hold on to the marriage,she said it wasnt me that
she just has fallen in live with this guy and wants to marry him.even
though he hasnt even met my children yet.for the longest she snuck
around and seen him,while lying about it to everybody else. We are
currently in the process of divorcing.a few weeks ago i started seeing
someone and my ex totally flipped out. She would call saying how sorry
she was and begging me to give her a second chance.so like a dumbass i
ended it with the girl i was seeing and she was suppose to end it with
him.But the next day when we met she said she had changed her mind
that she just couldnt end it with him.so here i am again stuck not
really knowing what to do?

Just tell your ex that you are now seeing someone else (whether true
or not) and also tell her not to worry any more about either you or
the kids.

If she then decides to come back to you, great!

But she is going to do her own thing anyway.

So, if she doesn't come back, then you move on.

I think you should take some time off to take care of yourself before
you start dating again.

It sounds like your wife was jealous. That does not mean she wanted
you back though.

Sounds like she just didn't want you dating anyone (but it is okay for
her to do so).  Don't let her step on you like that.  See a marriage
counselour.
