I want to get my CA real estate license and I have already taken Real
Estate Principles at a university and I am taking Real Estate Finance
in the fall. My question is what is the best way to go about getting
my license from here? Should I wait until I take Real Estate Finance,
should I enroll in an online school, am I ready for the test already?
I just need some direction! Thanks!

rodzie,
take the test. the test is based on the principals course so you are
ready to go. get a test review book so you are aware of the basic
questions and format. the test is cheap so it makes sense to go for it
as you can always take it again if you fail. in any case you will be
more prepared to pass than if you wait. you know the info now.
