What does "Temporal Shift" Mean?(context dalek dissapering while the
fellow daleks are being sucked into the void and he is scared of being
sucked in.
Also what does Time And Relitive Dimentions in Space mean exacly-
dotor who inside being bigger than the outside

I'm a big fan of "Doctor Who," and I don't think most aspects of this
show are meant to be taken seriously from a scientific standpoint.

Temporal Shift refers to a concept that we can move into or from space
and time that is not our own.. ie parallel universes

Dimensional shift sometimes refers to an ability to make use of other
dimensions, we exist in 3 dimensions , and have accepted a fourth
dimension of time , but string theorists predict that the space we
live in has in fact many more dimensions (frequently 10, 11 or 26).

Ultraviolet the move uses this concept quite nicely  ppl "store" items
eg guns and swords in another dimension..  to conceal them
