Please recommend a list of exceptional portrait photographers in
Atlanta (close to area code 30305) who will take a stunning portrait
and be able to provide several 2 in. x 2 in. copies for me to use as
passport photos.

You'll probably want separate photo sessions for "stunning portraits"
and passport photos. A passport photo must be full-face, evenly lit,
with a light-colored patternless background. Passport photos aren't
glamour shots.
