A series of questions about life expectancy. What is the average
American's life expectancy at any given age? What are one or two of
the better "life expectancy calculators" that produce a number for
given people with a given lifestyle, family history, etc. What is your
chance of dying in any given year?

At any given age, how many friends and acquaintances are likely to die
in a given year? (This can be divided into (a) how many friends and
acquaintances does the typical person have? and (b) presuming that
they average the same age as he/she is--they would have to, wouldn't
they, over the whole population?--how likely is it that a person of
that age will die in a given year? [ie, same question as above]. I am
especially interested in at what age this number passes 1.0.

I need to know not just how many people among any individual's friends
and acquaintances die in any given year (ie, at any given age), but
what they die of, on average. Thanks
