Hi,
I have some contacts with different types of agencies offering
incorporation packages in US. I am H1B visa holder and I realize that
I need a US citizen as a partner in the company in order to have
everything by the book.

My question would be if I will be in the good standing with IRS and
INS if I act as an owner of the company and use Nominee Director
service to appoint some virtual director, which will handle day to day
business for the company?

I can open a bank account, apply for EID for the company and use
incorporation agency services to get the company created.

Thanks in advance
