her attorney says she has Healthcare for our 2 yr old we are 3 weeks
into a custody fight I am  a stay at home dad 2 years got  served x
partie she  had  Health familys  ready to go 6 weeks ago and never
mailed   i called her on it and  she said not in her intrest what
about the child? I have re submitted and just need her pay stubs I am
sure  my daughter does not have  H insc . out side court her attorny
told me she did on tuesday I emailed him for  plan and member # and
have been ignored how  do I address this legally

There's no need to abbreviate here. As it stands I for one can't be
sure what you are even talking about. Take your time, tell your story,
use proper punctuation and maybe someone will take another look at
your problem. Its also important to know what state the attorney who
"lied" practices in and what state this issue was filed in (if
different than above).

My guesses: 
"x partie" = "ex parte"
"H insc" = "health insurance"

The abbreviated sentences are much more difficult to understand than
the abbreviated words. If you tell "the story" we might have a better
understanding of your problem.

As a general rule, her attorney owes you no duty to communicate
outside of court ordered discovery. There are exceptions, of course.

That's sucky for her to do to her own daughter.

I do agree with other people, you need better spelling and grammer to
communicate better. Just because this isn't an English paper in high
school it doesn't mean that you can mumble.
