What is the fastest growing non - deciduous type shade tree ( ie;
ficus,camphor).I am looking to provide an almost instant privacy break
on a property line ,adjacent to a 6'block wall fence. I like Ficus
trees, but have been told to avoid them next to sidewalks
,driveways,and block wall fences.

,driveways,and block wall fences.I need to find atree that can be
purchased at least 15 feet tall,and will grow quickly.

Do you know what your local code says about plantings along property lines?

In some areas, there are restrictions on the types of trees or shrubs
which may be planted within certain distance from the lot line,
perhaps also restrictions on the height of hedges.
