The Arabic character set in Windows is called "windows-1256." Do you know anyone who would send you emails in Arabic or Farsi? http://code.cside.com/3rdpage/windows/arabic.html |

thats mean font or somethinges missed or font in ur system isnt support wich its looks for you like "??? ?? ? ?? ? ?? " however window-xxxx its encoding type check this for the font map http://www.microsoft.com/globaldev/reference/sbcs/1256.mspx |
