Given the recent generally acknowledged trend in global warming, what
are the expected impacts on the water level of lake tahoe?  Are the
levels of the lake expected to rise or fall over the next couple of
decades given the changes in climate most experts expect?  And, if the
info is available, is anyone giving rough estimations of what the rise
or fall of lake levels will be?

Seems like the effects are a mixed bag -- greater rainfalls and snow
packs that would increase the lake's level, but hotter summers that
would increase evaporation, and increase water drawdowns from the
lake.  The biggest concern seems to be the impact on the lake's famed
clarity, since warmer water and increased nutrient runoff will promote
algae growth, and cloud the lake:

Beyond this somewhat dated EPA report, however, there doesn't appear
to be a lot of modelling work on the water levels in Lake Tahoe,
unlike some other regions of the country:

I don't know about the effects of global warming on Tahoe. But I do
know the effects political heating had on Tojo. WHHUUMPH!

And also the effect atomic heating had on Toho (studios). WHHUUMPH!!!
