I'm looking for some comparisons of garageband.com, myspace, oneclick,
etc. Particulary from the view of someone who is promoting their
music.

Personally, I've had the best experience with Soundclick.com,
where you can now allow either download or a 2-minute stream
of your songs with the option to purchase the music by singles
or album on CD.
http://www.soundclick.com

c|net's Download.com is another option, though they don't have
a CD purchase option, and their interface for managing your
pages and music are not as user-friendly.
