I installed 13 2-lamp fixtures in my garage bought at Home Depot and equipped
with electronic ballast.  They buzz quite loudly, despite having electronic
ballast.  I did some research on the
web, and only found specific references to the low noise level of GE Ultramax
electronic ballasts.  I have no cheap way of testing GE Ultramax (they
are only sold
in cases of 10 at the only place I found them:
http://www.goodmart.com/products/660911.htm).  I need recommendations
for
specific brand/model of ballasts, preferably from someone who tried them
personally.  Going solely by noise rating (which is usually absent anyway)
is very unreliable.  Thanks very much!
