I have an iPod, and I currently use iTunes for subscribing to podcasts
and downloading them.  I am unhappy with iTunes because you can't set
the number of episodes to download on a per-podcast basis (if you set
it to 5, it's 5 for ALL podcasts you subscribe to, that's
impractical), and it'll stop downloading new episodes of podcasts if
you haven't listened in a certain period of time.  I like iTunes,
however, because it's the only podcast downloader that I have found
that is capable of adding the podcasts in the "Podcast" menu on the
ipod.  All other podcast downloaders either don't add the downloads to
itunes at all, or just add them to a playlist, which gets messy.

How do I get a 3rd party podcast downloader to add my podcasts to the
"Podcast" menu which appears on the main page of my ipod, OR how can I
get itunes to allow me to set number of episodes on a per-podcast
basis and get itunes not to stop downloading new podcasts because I
haven't listened to them?
