I'm in the state of Florida (Volusia County) and own a mobile home
in a mobile home community. The current tenant is behind on rent and
will not leave. What are the laws in Fl regarding owners of mobile
homes when it comes to evicting tenant, how long willit take to evict
the tenant to get them to leave? What process do I have to go through?
